Irina Barchenkova - Director, Tax Advisor

Irina was born in Russia.  After graduating from University, she was employed by one of the biggest banks in Russia as an auditor.  Irina moved to England in 1998 to pursue her career further.  She qualified as a Tax Advisor in October 2005 and as a Chartered Certified Accountant in June 2006.

Using her experiences and knowledge from working in accounting practices, Irina has developed Taxless over the last six years to be an Independent Accounting Practice offering Professional Tax advice as well as accounting and financial strategy services.  The growth of the practice has been achieved by working closely with Business owners, supporting them in the development of their strategic goals and most importantly assisting them with the successful implementation of those strategies and financial goals.

Irina has been a frequent contributor to the Russian London Courier as a tax advisor.  She holds both UK and Russian citizenship and is fluent in English, Russian and Mordovskii.
Alongside running a business, Irina is also a keen tennis player at her local club.

Sarah Hardy - Accountant

Sarah attended Exeter University and graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with Touche Ross. Sarah continued to further her career, with five years’ experience at Hogan Lovells as a financial accountant. She is currently working for Taxless alongside training a cup-winning horse!

Taisija Klimaviciute - Bookkeeper / Accountant

Taisija is fluent in English, Russian, German and Lithuanian. She attended University in Augsburg (Germany) and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Taisija has 4-years’ experience in business development, sales, project and event management. She was also involved in the foundation of a consultancy company in the UK, developed for this company the long term strategy and successfully implemented integrated marketing campaigns across a range of sectors.  Taisija has had a career change into accountancy.  At the moment she is studying for her ACCA qualifications. We would like to also congratulate her on recently tying the knot in Cyprus!

Sophia Barchenkova - Office Manager

Sophia is the Office Manager and is responsible for keeping us all in order as well as dealing with company secretarial matters.
She is fluent in both English and Russian.
Sophia enjoys decorating the office with Christmas cheer!
